do nto appreciate that service prices are not public Service was timely, but the fact that the service rep hand wrote service prices is deceitful. Additional service was recommended that did not show up when I scheduled service based on the maintenance minder. And that service was $400 . Felt like a shake down. I will probably take my service business elseware based on this repeated experience. More

The dealer gave me a fair price, the order and financing process was quick and efficient plus the car has a full tank of gas and they threw in all-season mats for free. More

The dealership was closed on Sunday so we sent a message through the website and received an immediate response from Paul Silverman. The following day we went in and test drove the vehicle and ended up signing the deal! We have been to other dealerships where the car buying experience can be long and painful but that was not our experience at this place. At Jackson Acura the process was quick, easy and painless. Not to mention that Paul was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and was great to work with! We closed our paperwork with Joey Andrews and he was great also. There was no uncomfortable pressure for us to purchase any unwanted products or services and they made the visit pleasurable. We highly recommend reaching out to Paul and Joey and giving Jackson Acura a try! More

He always works me in when I just walk in for a diagnostic check or for oil change and tire rotation. If a more extensive service is needed, he gets me either a ride to and from work or a loaner car. I recommend this dealership highly. More
Acura TSB insufficient but dealership fixed issue Jackson Acura followed technical service bulletin (under warranty) to fix my brakes but issue continued. Not happy with our car service We brought our new Acura MDX in for its second service. The only good thing about it was our service rep, Brittany. When we got our car back evidentl We brought our new Acura MDX in for its second service. The only good thing about it was our service rep, Brittany. When we got our car back evidently the power had been disconnected and our seat memory didn’t work... they had no explanation of this. They were also supposed to wash the car.... dirty spots all over it. The morning after our oil change we had oil all over our carport floor. We called Jackson Acura and (we live over an hour away and drove to them for supposedly the best service on our car) and our representative was off work so we spoke to someone else who said they would talk to management and call us back..... which never happened. NEVER received even a call back. I took my MDX to our local Honda dealership to be checked and yes, something had not been installed correctly, evidently the plug had not been installed correctly, and was leaking oil. The Honda dealership fixed our problem and added oil that we needed. We were told if this had gone on for too long they would have had to replace our engine. Thank goodness we saw the oil leak. While we were waiting on our car to be serviced we were told a shuttle would be arranged to take us to lunch, which also never happened. We walked down Alpharetta highway for our lunch. To say I am not happy with Jackson Acura is an understatement. This is the third vehicle we have purchased there and I expect better service. More
