I was taken I was there for regular maintenance check and oil change. Brittiany attended my car She was very courteous and her service was excellent. Great service! This was my first visit at this dealer ship. The prior dealer one was a little too pushy in selling additional services. The reason for this visit was the B1 service message. I also had a string wheel shake at high speeds and a weird noise. It was easy to arrange an appointment with Yvonne. I was a few minutes early and Cody checked me in right away. I found the set up of this service center very interesting. You drive up in a semi circle, with the offices of the service advisors arranged on the circumference. This made it easy to walk from the office back out to the car. Yvonne was great to deal with. She provided on-going updates on the status of the inspection/service. I needed new tires and she provided multiple quotes for different options. More
