Tire issues I took my MDX in for a normal maintance which included oil change , tire rotation, etc. I asked that my tires get balanced as well. ( knowing that thi I took my MDX in for a normal maintance which included oil change , tire rotation, etc. I asked that my tires get balanced as well. ( knowing that this would be an additional charge). After waiting well over two hours, I get the MDX back and no tire balancing was done. When I questioned the service writer, she told me that the Techs said it didn’t need it. Hmmm, just how is that done without actually putting them on a balancing machine? Needing to leave I left it at that. 3 weeks later I’m back. One tire seems to be noisy with a little vibration. This time I’m working with Service writer Brittany Byas. She immediately got my MDX taken in and thought it may be a “ balancing issue”. Less than an hour later the Techician is saying the tires are cupped and can not be balanced. I was not very happy to say the least. My tires had 26k miles on them and always maintained properly. Brittiany was able to get half of the tires covered for us. If it hadn’t been for Brittiany I would have walked out and not returned. Our last three vehicles have been Acura’s. We had never had an issue like this with any of the Acura Dealers. We will only be working with Brittiany moving forward. She has earned our trust. More

Great Customer Service/Easy to Work with I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned(CPO) Acura MDX, I was not looking for an Acura to purchase, I was in the market for a Honda Pilot. I saw on their I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned(CPO) Acura MDX, I was not looking for an Acura to purchase, I was in the market for a Honda Pilot. I saw on their lot was a Pilot and then saw their CPO of MDXs. The price was similar, but was getting an Acura over a Honda. Working with CPO team was so easy. The took care of my old truck and priced fair. With my car being CPO it comes with warranty, full evaluation, and great service that comes from the dealership. It truly has been a pleasure working with Mike and Dmitry at Jackson. I look forward working with them for many years to come with my new purchase. More

Alignment was not done correct but Brittany corrected it! My alignment was not done correct. My vehicle was still pulling to the left.
