Outstanding service manager I purchased my first Acura RDX from Jackson Acura in December 2019. It was the 2020 model and was for primary use by my wife. I brought our RDX in for I purchased my first Acura RDX from Jackson Acura in December 2019. It was the 2020 model and was for primary use by my wife. I brought our RDX in for the purchase and installation of a rear seat cover. I spoke with Service Manager Jimbol Jardin regarding my request. Jimbol was outstanding in that he was exceptionally courteous, customer oriented, patient as he listened to my questions regarding the seat cover, and responded to my questions in great detail and with a level of detailed knowledge that impressed me. The interaction I had with Jimbol exceeded my expectations and I would rate it as 5*. More
