This treatment extended to the sales department when a couple of years ago I was having difficulty with the "traffic" feature. I took the problem to Eric Muller who knew I was not in the market for a new car but nevertheless spent an inordinate amount of time with me trying to correct the problem with calls to Jaguar and Sirius XM with ultimate success. I knew then that he was serious about customer relationships both short term and long. And so, when I decided to purchase a new 2019 XJL, I went straight to him. I was not disappointed. Eric was true to form. He handled the sale exhibiting knowledge of the car and it's features, and was never pushy. Our communications were of a minimum, and negotiations went well. Delivery went well, and my course in familiarity of the workings of the new car conducted by Eric and Hannah did not fall on dead ears, I hope. My term with Morgan was most enjoyable and respectful. Morgan Kin from the finance department spoke with me prior and gave me a complete run down of my finance and warranty options the day prior to me driving over. Debra Conroy was my Internet sales Rep and did a fantastic job and provided my with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted by Simon wade. Simone had my new Audi cleaned to perfection and gassed up and ready to go. During our test drive, what I liked most (other thank driving my new car) he took the time to ask questions about me, not being a pushy salesman. Dan Collins handled my finance paperwork and made everything so easy, and he noticed I was a veteran and thanked me for my service. This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had!!!
