I expressed my expectations to a manager over the phone. He returned with quotes and VIN numbers for me to look at, I chose a vehicle and he beat the competitions price and terms. The car was delivered the same day. My experience from purchase through to delivery simple, hassle free, quick and spot on with regard to what was promised. Happy with my experience I went to buy a car and I knew exactly what I wanted (and what I didn't want). Bought a car from Vinny. Glad I dealt with him.
