Incredibly pleasant experience I had been searching for a new vehicle for 8 months when I came across one that fit my needs and budget. Living a good distance from this dealership, I had been searching for a new vehicle for 8 months when I came across one that fit my needs and budget. Living a good distance from this dealership, I was worried that e-mail communications would turn out as they had been with the other dealerships...abrupt and demanding that I come in person to talk through specifics. My experience with Fort Myers Jag/Land Rover was NOTHING like this. From the start, they were incredibly responsive. I had one point of contact, which was very appreciated and not very common, who stuck with me through financial discussion and to provide specific details on the car condition. Once we had landed on a mutually beneficial price, I made the drive to the dealership and had wonderful interactions with every single person I met (again, not common in my experience). Everyone was professional, friendly, and most importantly, didn't make you feel like they were doing you a "favor" by conducting business with you. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle, or anyone even searching for information. They were very knowledgeable and truly just a joy to work with. More
