Thrown out Have purchased 6 vehicles in last 2 yrs my recent purchase is a 2016 Jaguar XJ almost immediately I've had issues with screen and satellite service wh Have purchased 6 vehicles in last 2 yrs my recent purchase is a 2016 Jaguar XJ almost immediately I've had issues with screen and satellite service when I brought car back was given a loaner they had my vehicle for almost 2 weeks the general manager Brian del nigro told me jaguar was working on a fix for this problem it should be ready by October 26 2016 I brought car back on October 20 2016 was having another issue with the air conditioner when I spoke to Brian del nigro the discussion became heated and I used some choice words because I was pretty much disgusted at this point Brian wants to scold me for cussing and pointing my finger towards him so at that point he throws me out of dealership and tells me to never come back this was done in front of his service manager I think his name is Jason he then gave me my keys to my car and told me to get out great customer service don't you think?my car was never looked at when they sold me the car Dan Collins and Vinnie Ciulla never told me of the existing problem that jaguar was having with the satellite or the screen at that point everyone is your friend but then a problem occurs and all of a sudden your the bad guy l guess it's profits over people Brian del nigro is the most unprofessional person I have ever met in my life and I'm 59 yrs old I would never recommend this dealership to anyone thread real careful if your thinking of doing business here they are wolves in sheeps clothing especially Brian del Nigro they will sell you a vehicle and not tell you if there are any issues Why is that allowed ? It then becomes your problem so be real careful cause if your not and you complain Brian del Nigro will come out of his office and throw you out BE WARNED!!!!!!! More

I was originally contacted by Debra Conroy, whom was very responsive to my inquiries and extremly professional. Based on my past experience with buying vehicles I requested a female sales advisor. Debra introduced me to Samantha Terepka who contacted me very promptly. When I arrived for my appointment with Samantha, I was looking for a new Evoke or possibly a Discovery. However after reviewing the cars and listening to my needs Samantha recommended a pre-owned Range Rover Sport. I truly love this vehicle, every feature and the out standing warranty putting my mind at ease buying a pre-owned car. Samantha was the most courteous and professional sales consultant I have ever dealt with. She spent over six hours with me reviewing every option, then delivered my Range Rover to my office personally a few days later. Now I am scheduled for my second "delivery" with Ron to review all the many features of the Rover. SUPERB SERVICE ADN EXPERIENCE.... you have a customer fro life in me! More

Excellent Experience Having had a sudden change occur in my life that made buying a new SUV a necessity, I started searching for a very specific model of Jeep Grand Cherok Having had a sudden change occur in my life that made buying a new SUV a necessity, I started searching for a very specific model of Jeep Grand Cherokee. Being a former car salesman myself, I hate buying cars and have no patience for games. I found only 4 Jeeps in the state of Florida that matched what I wanted. After dealing with two other typical dealers who gave me the run around and tried bate and switch tactics with the price, I ended up contacting Debra at Jaguar Land Rover of Ft. Myers. I was a little leery of going to a boutique style car dealership, but everyone was polite, prompt, and courteous when I spoke with them. I drove two hours to the dealership, and had quite possibly the best car buying experience of my life. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted by Samantha, The Jeep was cleaned, prepped, and ready for me to test drive immediately. It was so clean, I honestly couldn't tell it was a pre-owned car. I noticed a small alignment issue with the Jeep on the test drive, which was immediately fixed prior to signing any paperwork! I even went on a second extended test drive at the insistence of the staff to ensure the alignment was to my satisfaction. That's unheard of in this industry. Negotiations were easy because there was no bait and switch tactics, the Jeep was already well priced, and I got a great offer for my trade (A beaten up 2003 Ford Expedition with 200K miles). Scott was very polite and professional during the process with absolutely none of the typical car dealership tactics. When it came time to discuss financing, Morgan was able to match my credit union's rate, and made the process easy and stress free. Overall, I'd happily recommend Jaguar Land Rover of Fort Myers to anyone looking to get either a new or practically new pre-owned car. Given the opportunity, I plan to purchase from them again. More
