I brought my truck in due to an immediate need. I expected to have to leave it overnight. They got me in, Mike kept me updated, it was promptly diagnosed, and accurate estimate provided, and I expected to have to leave it overnight. I brought my work laptop with me and worked from the waiting area and turned a non productive afternoon into a productive one.
