We had an outstanding experience with the purchase of our new vehicle from our initial contact with James Wood to driving away. Derek Ward was helpful, answering all questions via text as we live about 60 mi new vehicle from our initial contact with James Wood to driving away. Derek Ward was helpful, answering all questions via text as we live about 60 miles away. At no time, from no one at James Wood did we feel any stereotypical ‘dealership pressure’. Again, kudos to Derek as he catered to our every need and made sure that everything was right on the car before he turned it over to us. I have just you for many years and normally always happy. This time when I checked in I told them I must be out by 230, which was an hour and a half later. They also reported my air filter needed changed, I declined and my husband checked when I got home and besides a few leaves it was fine. Very unhappy, I think they were trying to taken advantage of me. More
