Customer Service is what brought me to James Wood, since they have done my annual inspection for registration for my motorcycles and autos of other manufacture since about 2005 (I didn't purchase my previou they have done my annual inspection for registration for my motorcycles and autos of other manufacture since about 2005 (I didn't purchase my previous two motorcycles or three autos from them). Bought my first auto from them in 2017 and second one in 2022. Service department continues to excel after purchase support and will continue to use Service department for all scheduled and other maintenance needs!!! More

I am a repeat customer now for years and they are Amazing!! I drive 2 hours one way to this specific dealership to have all my maintenance and service work done on my vehicle!! I have been burned badly by others in the past and I truly appreciate their honesty and integrity. My service advisor, Shawn, is so awesome…he is always willing to go above and beyond when needed. I recently had a problem arise with my new vehicle and timing became an issue, as I was leaving rather quickly to go out of state for work. However, It was imperative that my new vehicle be looked at and for any necessary repairs/warranty work to be done before I could safely leave for a 800+ mile road-trip and Sean, along with the Service Department Manager Paul Johnson, and the entire service team made it happen!! They were phenomenal at not only making sure that the needed work was done on my vehicle, by the best service tech for the job, but also ensured that it was ready to go when I needed to leave for the trip! That I could have the peace of mind knowing my vehicle was safe to drive across the country, well is just beyond words and I am Forever Grateful to the James Wood - Decatur Team!! I don't mind waiting in the wait room. The chairs and atmosphere are comfortable. I like getting my tires rotated at oil change, and the complimentary car wash is a plus. Service department staff always knowledgeable. I will say that oil changes are getting a bit pricey compared to other options out there. I am happy with everything except the rattle I have that is coming from the back seat area.
