Your customer service is very disappointing. We are not your run-of-the-mill tire kickers. We believe there were several dealerships trying to sell the same car. So, first one in the door gets the first chance. Since we contacted the dealership on Saturday, we should have had first chance at this car. We even offered to pay some money down to hold it, but that was rejected. We usually trade every couple of years, whether it be for a car or truck. We’ve learned our lesson and have ordered a car from our local dealership. We may have to wait a few months for the vehicle, but they won’t sell us out.
