Jeff Belzer's New Prague

I Purchased a truck last month from Jeff Belzer ford and less than 24 hrs later the service Powertrain light came on. Luckily the warranty I purchased covered the repair. I emailed the manager I was working less than 24 hrs later the service Powertrain light came on. Luckily the warranty I purchased covered the repair. I emailed the manager I was working with and asked if they would cover the 100.00 deductible for me since the issue appeared in less than a day but I never received a response. Update. After driving the truck for a month, I come home and notice I am missing a lug nut. I check the wheel, and 3 lug nuts are finger tight one is missing and two were somewhat tight. Scary I drove around with my family like that for a month. This truck went through inspection, and they put rear brakes on it. I guess they didn't torque the wheel after the repair. Now I get to schedule service to get my wheel look at to see if it's damaged. I cannot in good conscience recommend anyone buying a vehicle at jeff belzers. More

John Majchrzak was personable, knowledgeable, oh so friendly, and even stayed until near 10pm on a week day to close a deal with us.
