Reasonable experience. Took too long but that is typical when buying a car. they do not honor advertised prices , when you are givin a quote they ad in all fake fees , they are crooks there they put cheap prices but NEVER HONOR THEM !!!! I chose 3 NEW cars to look at and was there for 5 hours. All of those cars were on an off site lot. They couldn't find 2 of the 3 vehicles with remotes or by lojack. Both vehicles had dead batteries because All of those cars were on an off site lot. They couldn't find 2 of the 3 vehicles with remotes or by lojack. Both vehicles had dead batteries because they had been sitting on this dirt lot for over 6 months. My trade in offer was about 4k below blue book. Because I would get more at carmax, they pushed for me to go sell it right away and they would come get me. Does this sound like something you should do to a senior citizen? I went to carmax and got my offer which was 5k more than their trade in offer. It was while I was waiting for the carmax offer that I suddenly realized- I felt more like a victim than I did a customer. I didn't go back. More
