I purchased a Fiat 500x 6/29/2021. The salesman Leo was great. I purchased the service contract with Sergio Delgado (Finance) with the car. I came the next day to cancel the service co The salesman Leo was great. I purchased the service contract with Sergio Delgado (Finance) with the car. I came the next day to cancel the service contract. Sergio was very upset at the fact that I was canceling, he was very unprofessional. I signed paperwork to cancel. However, the cancelation was never sent to the finance company. Fast forward a year and a half later this dealership only wants to refund half the amount of the contract. Do not trust this dealership especially SERGIO DELGADO they are very dishonest people. I emailed Jade Colmenares the receptionist and she failed to respond back. I'm still waiting on a response from Jade. I will leave a review on every platform until something is done. It's not my fault that the dealership failed to send the 1st cancelation. I will update my review if something changes. More
