They advertise the car at a great price. And once you start the process of the negotiation, they add $3000 for stuff you don’t even want. And then once you want to buy the car they offer you are warranty that ranges from $2000-$5000 which you’re paying for the stuff that they just added $3000 onto the cost of the car. Which doesn’t come off when you buy the extended warranty, just seems like they’re just trying to make market adjustment but trying to justify them with their add-ons. And once you buy the car, you try to get a hold of someone they don’t really care to get back with you on a timely manner. More

Even though they’re a huge dealership, I felt like I was working with a small business. Mostly because the guys I worked with were genuine and sincere. I was in and driving out in less than two hours, and at no time did I feel pressured or rushed. They are just that good at doing what they do. It’s funny because I was the one who mentioned we should pull my credit report and see what we can do, I’m used to walking on a car lot and pointing out the car I’m interested in and the salesperson response is “let’s go pull your credit first, then we’ll look at the car” nothing even remotely close to that going on at this dealer.
