I purchased my vehicle last weekend with Najib. The deal was done over the phone as I am located in Miami. While the sale portion of this transaction was easy, after that was not. I dealt with Bryan in finance who mistakenly put the incorrect mileage on my paperwork. When I pointed it out, he claimed that wasn’t a big deal and I had to insist he change it. I then found in my paperwork a “private tag fee”, illegal in the state of Florida. When I addressed this, Bryan responded with “what difference does it make if it’s the same price”. I had spoken about this experience to a sales rep that told me a finance manager would call me back and I still have get to hear from anyone. On top of that, my car was delivered to Miami and one of the taillights was cracked. Upon pictures provided by the transport company from their pick up inspection, this damage was already on the car prior to transport. Disappointing they would allow a car to leave the lot like that. Would not shop here again. More
