Sold my RAM 1500 almost 3 weeks ago - only way to cancel tire/wheel warranty (originally purchased thru Jerry Ulm) and obtain the balance monies for the remaining contract is thru Jerry Ulm Finance dept. Left numerous messages, spoke to sales, but it appears when money is owed back to a customer, it's not a priority !! I should also note that I left a message for the GM on the Jerry Ulm website...no return contact - probably another broken process. It's a shame how Jerry Ulm Dodge continues to decline in pricing and customer satisfaction since being acquired by the Morgan Group. I remember when Ulm was the best in town and nobody could beat their service...unfortunately that experience is gone and we now deal with another stereotypical "Car Dealership". More
