We had a 9 am appointment to look at a truck and it took the dealership 4 hours to find said truck. The truck was as described and we are happy with our purchase, Ryan did a great job going above and be the dealership 4 hours to find said truck. However 4 hours to find a truck that we drove 12 hours to buy, with a confirmed appointment was unacceptable. More
