Good morning, Thank you for your reply. I really don't feel there was any miscommunication. I visited Jerry Ulm Dodge/Jeep on Sunday afternoon at 12:55 PM to coordinate getting my 2011 Grand Cherokee.delivere for repair.The vehicle will not crank. I planned to have AAA take it to Jerry Uls, and didn't want to be dropped off with no information. I entered the Service Department office, and was directed to a Service Writer. When I told him the year of my Grand Cherokee, his response was that Jerry Ulm will only repair 2012 and newer vehicles. He then went to a website on his computer, and directed me to have my vehicle towed to Tony Ramtech's Auto Repair, 5700 North Armenia Ave., Tampa, FL 33603 (813 877-6642). Since this is a complex vehicle, I prefer Jeep technicians repairing it. I have been a customer of Jerry Ulm Dodge/Jeep for over 20 years, so I was quite surprised at the unprofessional way this was handled. Thank you for listening. Best regards, Robert
