I was in the market for a new 2023 Challenger, I chose this particular lot because of units on hand. I was greeted by Reda, whom walked and drove me around to show me all the different styles in the price this particular lot because of units on hand. I was greeted by Reda, whom walked and drove me around to show me all the different styles in the price range I was looking to stay within. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and patient with me while I decided on features and a color. The sales manager and finance specialist (Tan) were very pleasant and knowledgeable as well. My sales person was not knowledgeable about the car I wanted, and bought. This is the third Grand Cherokee in a row I bought. He originally told me the car was a 2024, it was a 2023. He told me the 220 wanted, and bought. This is the third Grand Cherokee in a row I bought. He originally told me the car was a 2024, it was a 2023. He told me the 220 charger needed to be installed, it was a standard 110 plug. He didn’t know the difference between the 2023 and 2024 model. The car had sat on the lot for 1 full year. I mentioned there may be flat spots on the tires and I was concerned. He told me if there are flat spots, they will go away in a couple days….which is not true. Two days later, I returned and service replaced the tires. More
