EASY AND STRESS FREE After a horrible accident on Christmas Eve morning. I contacted Oz at Jerry Ulm Dodge about replacing our vehicle that was totaled that morning. Luckily my husband was OK considering how much worse it could of been. Our experience with Oz was fantastic! He not only got our financing taken care of and got our down payment where it was covered by our crashed vehicle settlement but also made it so that my husband who was in pain could come and pick up his vehicle on December 26. Now we had never been here before, but looked at the New truck at 5:20pm and left signed sealed...clean and full of gas...delivered (phone set up even) at 6:44pm! I can't say enough thank you for taking a terrible stressful situation and making it pleasant, stressfree and easy...we could even relax on Christmas not wondering what we were going to do because other than pickup it was all taken care of on Christmas Eve.
