Fair experience, rushed We stated that we had to leave by 7 pm and said we would come back for the cleaning (car wash) of the vehicle the following day. We were there past 7 We stated that we had to leave by 7 pm and said we would come back for the cleaning (car wash) of the vehicle the following day. We were there past 7 pm and they washed the vehicle but you know they rushed it, the cleaning was horrible...practically left it as it was, side door still stained and watermarks on almost everything. Almost feel like they just wiped it down. Just got it and going to have to go and get it washed. The agent lacked explanation of the vehicle's features. I know we were in a rush but have been having to go on Youtube constantly to find out was it does and doesn't do and how to function or use the features. Last the website said for coming in and driving I would get the $50 gift card well that was never given to me.... apart from all of this Mr. Gonzales was very humble and nice and worked with us, I think the problem was it was rushed because they knew we needed the purchase rather then focusing on customer experience and what was advertised was not given. It might have been also that they had 3 days left of the month so they were rushing sales. More
