Bait and Switch For years I’ve had terrible experiences with the sales people at this dealership. I now purchase all my vehicles at Greenway Jeep in Orlando. I purchase a new Grand Cherokee every two years and each time I go to Jerry Ulm to start as they are the closest dealership to my home, only to leave disappointed with how they treat their potential customers. This year was no different. I brought my Jeep in for an oil change and while it was there a sales person approached me and stated if I ever wanted to trade my SRT in to let him know as they were interested in purchasing it. He proceeded to hand me a card with a “guaranteed” trade value of $40,000. A week later I found out they were under new management and decided to give it a try one last time. I reached out via the internet when I found a vehicle I was interested in, they immediately called me and we began the discussions. I made them aware of the card I was given regarding my trade value and the salesman said “great we can honor that let’s get you into this new car”. Please keep in mind the vehicle i was interested in was a 1 year old used SRT. A few hours later I was contacted and told that the sales manager would not honor the trade value because “those cards are for new vehicles only”. Interesting no where did it state the trade was only good when purchasing new, I proceeded anyway to have them value my vehicle. Hahahaha wow they came back with a trade value of $32k. When I questioned the value I was told that’s the KBB value hahaha. Interesting when I look up my value on KBB it shows a trade value of $36-$39 and private party of $39-$45. Soooo how did we get $32k? They had no real answers except “that’s the value”. Bait and switch! When I called them out on it they had nothing to say and no way of explaining the discrepancies except that I needed to purchase new. Plain and simple if you’re purchasing a vehicle stay as far away from this dealership as you can. They are the epitome of what you hate about car sales through and through. Please learn from my many chances and many mistakes that I’ve given them to earn my business that they are TERRIBLE! What’s crazy is the service department I’d give 5 stars! Amazing people and so helpful, sales department hahaha if I could give a negative rating value I would! More

Service Manager Carlos Batista is the best, so I went ahead with the deal knowing he and his team will care for the car. Example of non- caring in sales. I asked that the car be detailed and have the 23 point inspection before I picked it up. I was assured by sales it had been detailed, but it had trash in the front seat and back area , so I don’t think so. Requested again plus asked for the 23 point inspection report. Even copied the General Manager Joey Falco on this and no response (2 weeks) . More

I really didn’t want to buy from here, except that I grew up in Tampa and I’ve always passed this dealership on my way to school or to the airport. This was all before the mall ever existed around here. I’ve always wanted to buy a Jeep from this location. Thanks to Ryan, I’m a happy and grateful Navy veteran with my new 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee X. More
