I've contacted multiple staff members, including Joey and Martin, but no one has provided a timeline or resolution. This is not about the money - it's about the principle and failure of a business to honor its contractual obligations, no matter the amount. If they can't handle something as simple as a warranty refund, I wouldn't trust them with anything more important. Proceed with caution. More
