Not thorough with entering information on my paperwork. Put all my information under my husband's phone number and email and my husband is not the buyer, not even on my paperworkas a buyer, They pulled inf Put all my information under my husband's phone number and email and my husband is not the buyer, not even on my paperworkas a buyer, They pulled information from the DMV and used that information to apply on the paperwork, which all of it was incorrect because it was old information. I gave them all the correct information about ME when we started, but they took it upon themselves to just add incorrect information just to hurry me out the door because it was late on a Friday evening. I did not feel like a valued customer, especially when I was told I was just one of 700 they push through in a month. I was promised extra perks while doing the deal, but it did not state on the paperwork. I will not buy another Jeep at this dealership. I shouldn't have to go back and correct all of my information because they didn't care to input it correctly from the start. More
