I have never experienced a more kaotic vehicle purchase in my 70 year life. It was just excruciating. The vehicle upon first viewing was pretty good. I purchased after nearly two hours back and fourth over a sales offer full of ridiculous line item charges that were basically negotiated to zero. I signed the purchase agreement and proceeded to travel 40 miles home, when the car was smoking inside the cab. It smelled like the parking brake was on. It definitely was a stuck caliper or a brake problem. I pulled over twice on two separate interstates to get rid of the smell in the cab. I finally got home and the brakes were very hot. Next morning I sent the truck back on a flat bed. Terrible Communication with a staff that is not organized. Had a heck of a time getting through an automated phone system while being disconnected constantly. According to them, they did an inspection and released the truck back to me with some minor repair effort. They stated that I must come and pick it up. I stated that I was 40 miles away. No one seem to care. So I called AAA and they agreed to pick it up and bring it to me. I called the Service Advisor and my Sales person and advised them AAA would pick up in 30 minutes. AAA showed up to sevice and could find the vehicle. They were there and hour and notified me three hours later they left without the truck. I called and finally last night I got my vehicle back. Test driving today. More

We worked out a deal via phone but when I arrived and saw the deal the reason they met my payment ceiling was they extended the loan terms to almost a year longer than discussed. Vehicle had a pain chip not found during dealer prep so I spent 7 hours waiting for the repair and never received the promised fuel fill up for the inconvenience. Told me my first payment was due on October 7th but set me up on some weird Autopay plan that deducts the payments biweekly and 1st deduction was taken a month in advance. Emailed the GM two times and never received any response. The entire experience with Jerry Ulm Jeep was very disappointing! More

Davis was great. Very personable guy and was very knowledgeable. However when dealing financing I asked multiple times what the total breakdown looked and was told I’ Very personable guy and was very knowledgeable. However when dealing financing I asked multiple times what the total breakdown looked and was told I’d have to wait until I see finance to look. I was told that they got me to my payment of 470 that I was looking at so I went through and got insurance and payoffs that were asked of me. After I did that and committed, I spoke with finance and the gentleman tried to sell me the extra packages as expected. I declined about 5 times and was told that it was not a smart choice not getting them as the gentlemen (not David) became visibly upset with me for not making the additional purchase. I was then told that my payment was actually 480 not the agreed amount of 470. As I was signing the documents at rapid pace, I noticed that they gave me the least amount out of any dealership that I spoke with (probably 6) for my trade. Around 2000 dollars less. I felt very deceived and frustrated but still purchased the car. It handles well but as soon as I hit the interstate, the wipers flew off the car and it began shaking. David was great and tried to get it fixed for me but it still shakes at highway speed. It’s a 2023 and I was hoping for a better experience. After looking through my documents thoroughly after the purchase which are only available via thumb drive, I feel like they got me pretty good. They could have still made a good sale and helped me out on my end a little. My fault I guess but I won’t be back for another purchase. More
