It was a pleasure working with both Patrick and Mat in finance. Mr. Joey Falcon is a man who stands behind his product and word. Glad to continue and now extend our patronage for another 7 years. One thing I can say is problems happen, however it’s how the dealership handles the problem that matters with Jerry Ulm, give them the opportunity to make it right. Because they have for us in the past. Which is why I came back and bought another new vehicle. This is a top notch dealership from sales, to finance, including service. They are reasonable , fair, and transparent as possible. I felt like I have known Ali my whole life after talking to him for 5 minutes .
