Each time I have taken car in something is not finished or is wrong. I had a Lexus before and never had these kind of issues with service. Very disappointed in Jessup service department so far. There is no one answering the phone in service dept. After 55 mins of trying I called through sales office to get to someone. Melly was great but this is the fifth service manager I have had since 2021. No consistency or continuity. I have services three Cadillacs at Jessup service since 2010. I purchased one, leased one and brought the third in from my move from LV. Your expansion of business has eliminated the seating area. Unfortunate. More
