I was very impressed by the professional, courteous and no-pressure style of my sales rep, Jay Gaulden. The entire dealership's atmosphere was fun and engaging upon arrival, and I could tell the staff real no-pressure style of my sales rep, Jay Gaulden. The finance discussion went well and Tara got me a much better deal than what USAA even pre-qualified me for.
