Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We apologize that your visit didn't live up to your expectations. We found ashes in your vehicle. After we sent pictures, you admitted to smoking just not in the car and that the ashes came off of your clothes. Unfortunately, we have to spend the time and resources to clean the vehicle regardless of where the smoking was done. We did our best to accommodate you by not charging the full $500 cleaning fee.
