I had to use a day off to take my $53000 truck in to get the radio fixed and I just spent 30 minutes driving home in complete silence because the regular old radio wouldn't come on!! MY CRYSTAL SHIELD WARRANTY WAS NOT EXPLAINED CORRECTLY. WAS NOT TOLD IT IS DONE OFF SITE,NEED TO DROP OFF FOR THE DAY, AND LOST A 1/2 DAY VACATION BECAUSE OF THAT. DECIDED THE EFFORT FOR A WINDSHIELD COVER WAS NOT TOLD IT IS DONE OFF SITE,NEED TO DROP OFF FOR THE DAY, AND LOST A 1/2 DAY VACATION BECAUSE OF THAT. DECIDED THE EFFORT FOR A WINDSHIELD COVER NOT WORTH THE AGRAVATION BUTLER HAS IN PLACE. I OFFERED TO DROP OFF FRIDAY AT 1, BUT WOULD NEED A LOANER VEHICLE FOR SAT AND SUN THEN PICK UP MONDAY. MY JOB REQUIRES WHEELS 24/7 FOR DOCTORS. WAS NOT GOING TO PAY 2 DAYS FOR WHEELS WHEN I WAS ORIGINALLY TOLD THE JOB ONLY TAKES A COUPLE OF HOURS. WANT A REFUND FOR THE $600 I PAID FOR THE CRYSTAL FUSION BUT CANNOT GET THERE TO DO IT ON MY TERMS AND TIMING. More
