As far as the dealership I've had more then a few issues one of the most recent which hasn't been figured out yet, but this review is for Chris Saettele one of the sales managers. Chris has helped me out in many more ways then i could list. He understood my frustration and all of the situations i was dealing with like he was in my shoes. Not only did he help me get rid of a unsafe vehicle for me and my children, anytime my vehicle was in the shop he made it a point to make sure i was able to get to work. I have alot of respect for Chris. He is a genuine professional and takes his job very seriously. Honnestly maybe even a little to much. Thank you for everything you have done to help me and my little family. Chris Saettele hands down deserves recognition for all his hard work! # 1 from all the people that he has helped, and # 2 from his employer. Very disappointed with the service department for this issue, took nearly 2 weeks to diagnose the issue, which was glow plugs, and I knew that from calling onstar and getting the code. Once it was diagno issue, took nearly 2 weeks to diagnose the issue, which was glow plugs, and I knew that from calling onstar and getting the code. Once it was diagnosed, repairs were performed the same day. I was given an estimate of 3-5 before it saw a tech, I dropped it off on a monday afternoon and did not get a diagnosis until the following Friday. I did have an appointment as well. More
Only complaint was that I made the appointment and didn’t get looked at till they could fit it in. Why would I want to let my truck sit at the dealership. Purchasing the vehicle was an easy & exceptional experience with Caleb; I'll absolutely purchase another vehicle from him and will definitely recommend to others. As for the financing & extende experience with Caleb; I'll absolutely purchase another vehicle from him and will definitely recommend to others. As for the financing & extended warranty process, it was painful, lengthy & very antiquated on the paperwork side of it... I'd recommend being transparent and don't assume your customer sitting on the other side is ignorant and doesn't understand how the financing side of the business works. As well, it was amazing how the persona of the conversation changed once he figured out that we both knew how the system works and weren't gullible to the sales tactics regarding the "a la carte" extended warranty that was offered. When I ask questions, give me a straight answer and don't try to manipulate around it... not everyone wants to hear the sales tactic BS. More
