Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that your visit didn't live up to your expectations. Due to auditing purposes we still have to run a credit check. We would be seriously fined if we didn't. Us running a credit check isn't considered a hard hit and should fall off shortly. After checking our records it looks like we added refrigerant to your vehicle during your oil change visit in July of 2020. Has there been another incident? We want to provide you with the best of care for your vehicle that is why we offer recommended maintenance.
