In addition, they're flatly refusing to honor the supplier discounts (such as the GM Supplier discount I have available through my company). Jim Butler is not only selling at MSRP, but providing some additional incentives, beyond the OEM incentives we all see in advertisements. And, of course, they honor the GM Supplier discount I was trying to use. In my particular case, I ended up a couple thousand dollars under MSRP on a brand new vehicle (that I could take home the same day) with 0% financing for 48 months. In today's market, I definitely consider that a fair deal. They also gave me a competitive offer on my trade in (I had other offers, including a firm offer from another dealership, to compare it to). I'll also shout out Brian Ries, who was my sales person. He was personable and easy to talk to and never really made me feel rushed. To the contrary, I feel like I was probably making him feel rushed (*all* my research was already done before I got there). As a note from me, the trout on the wall in his office is larger than the large mouth bass on the wall in the next door guy's office. The worst part of my experience with Jim Butler Chevrolet was on par with the best part of the experience I've had at the other dealerships I've purchased from in years gone by. And even then, the finance folks didn't try to pressure me into buying things I didn't want (unlike those other dealers I mentioned). The finance fellow just said "these are the things I recommend if X is important to you" and I said "none of that for me, thanks" and we just finished the deal. The fellow I worked with was knowledgable and efficient. Like I said at the beginning, I think they're good folks over at Jim Butler, and I can personally recommend buying a vehicle from them. More

I had an older passenger van. Really wanted A newer one. I called Butler and talked to Fuzz. Yes a couple available. We went looked online at the dealer available vans. As far as your service department very courteous but when I pick up my vechile it was dirty on drivers side salt and dirt and had dirt and salt all over body, plus had 190 on miles in and stated on receipt miles out were 223, which wasn't true 240miles is what said said she would correct in computer correct miles out. I asked Kahala to correct on my receipt Kahala marked out miles to 240 on my receipt but did not initial which is unprofessional as far as I am concerned because anyone can scratch something out with out initials of your personal who did it. I had Mr. Reckett witnessed plus he witnessed my miles out before I left. Don't understand why 50miles were put on vechile and why it was drove in last weeks ice storm when it had been there since 23 of Feb. which Kahala informed me that afternoon that the system all wheel light service light came on. 26 of Feb Saturday Kahala informed needed a rear axle all wheel drive modular part replaced. She had to order part. 03/01/22 Tuesday I drove up to Jim Butler to get my plates from my trade in out of glove box, service personnel Chris went and got them out of vechile and said they were replacing part at that time. Pick it up 03/02/22 it was dirty on passenger side no paper to protect floor and salt and street dirt on body and in seems of doors from being drove on roads. 50 miles were put on vechile when it was already diagnosed and was supposed to be park till parts came in which in fact it wasn't it was drove the weekend before the 1st/ 03. I plow and salt for work I know what salt and grim is from driving in icy weather conditions. I wasn't very happy about that. New vechile and no consideration to keep it clean inside and no washing from driving in icy weather which I am still not understanding why anyone needed to drive it when waiting for part? Test driving after fixed on 2nd of March wouldn't have gotten it that dirty cause it was 68degrees and roads were fine.
