Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We apologize if your visit did not live up to your expectations. We normally quote 90 mins to 2 hours for our oil changes. In the future, please feel free to utilize our drop off service or complimentary shuttle. We have done our research, and our oil change prices are competitive with other dealerships in our area, including Dobbs.
