A 2 hour wait time is way too long, especially when you have an appointment. My appt. was at 2:00 for an oil change, I didn't get out of there till 3:45. More

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We apologize that your time expectations weren't properly met. We normally quote 90 mins to 2 hours for our routine maintenance services. Your check in time is set aside for you to speak with a service advisor to set a game plan for your vehicle while it's in our car. From there your vehicle waits for the next appropriate service tech. Again, we quote 90 mins to 2 hours but some days it could take longer depending on the volume of vehicles needing service and service techs available. We hope that you have found this information useful and we hope to be of service to you again in the future.
