Thank you for your feedback, Tobey. We understand your frustration and we apologize for the longer than usual time it took to complete repairs. We're glad our team was able to step up and take care of repairs in the time you needed it. While the emission system problem was something you had a letter about, we still needed to confirm that was what was going on. If we can just performed the recommended repairs in the letter but not the carbon clean, it could have lead to more problems down the line. We are also concerned that the CEL light was still on upon pick up. If it has not yet been resovled, please reach out to our Customer Experience Manager, Theresa, at theresa@jimbutlerchevrolet.com so we can address it.

Thank you for your feedback, Carly. We're sorry to hear that you did not get enough communication from your service advisor during your recent visit from us. We can confirm that on June 3rd the internet went down for the dealership and the surrounding area after 2pm until close of business. This stopped us from being able to do normal business, including using phones (operates through an internet connected server), credit card machines, credit card machines, repair order management systems, email, etc. However, not having communication on any of the other days is unacceptable. We have spoken with the Service Director regarding your feedback and making sure your service advisor is spoken to about having better communication. We're sorry to hear that his explanation came across as degrading to you. We can assure you that was not our intention. To provide the best possible customer service, we train our team to operate on the assumption that none of our customers have experience working on vehicles. This is in attempt to ensure that we communication what is going on with vehicles to our customers in a way that everyone can understand. Lastly, when scheduling the appointment, they should have informed you that the appointment being made was to meet with a service advisor. This is also reiterated in your reminder emails and when you met with the service advisor. Due to the high volume at the dealership, at times there is a wait for vehicles to be seen by our Journeymen. That being said, we are continually working to shorten this wait time for our customers and sincerely appreciate your business while we work to improve. We hope this information helps.
