I received a recall notice from Jim Butler. I've not done any business with them before but I thought I'd give them a try. Called to make an appointment and was told they would need to order parts. They would call when parts came in . 1.5 months later my wife called to check on parts as we are driving around with no wipers. She was told parts were in stock. She scheduled an appointment. She received 4 emails confirming appointment. Then we received a call asking if we wanted to schedule an appointment. She said she already had and was told they have no record of it. I took a day off work to get the recall and an emissions test done. When we got the car back I was handed a fail emissions receit with no explanation as to why it failed. Greg ( who did a great job taking care of us) went to check on why it failed said that an update was installed which erased the tests in the ECU. So why was the emissions test not done first? Now I have to spend another half a day trying to get an emissions test. By the way I don't believe I will buy another Chevy because of the issues with this one. More

I also order a extra fob and key of course the key did not come in they said I would have back for that they quoted me a price on the phone for the fob and the key which was a lot higher after I got there.
