Thank you for sharing your experience with us, William. We're very sorry to hear that there was not more communication on our part to let you know that the key itself had been delayed in arriving. We have been experiencing difficulties getting some parts in as a result of the transportation strike within GM. We are glad we were able to program the key fob (which can take up to 2 hours by itself because it is programmed remotely through GM) and get the oil change completed.
