"cause of mileage. didn't like that one bit. next disappointment was. No more haggling prices on vehicle wanting to purchase. Dealers, now say - "internet" is the blame and the price is the price, of said vehicle wanting to purchase. More

Quick awesome job I had some wind guards for the windows put on. They did it in under a hour with every short notice. I would highly recommend them for service. Repeat radio issues I have had my 2019 Colorado in 5 different occasions for the radio freezing up and volume randomly turning up all of the way. As of 10-3-19 I still ha I have had my 2019 Colorado in 5 different occasions for the radio freezing up and volume randomly turning up all of the way. As of 10-3-19 I still have no answers and since GM is on strike I'm stuck with this issue even longer because the dealership can not get in touch with them. More

Took way too long I bought my car from this dealer 2.5 years ago. I loved my sales team!!! I recently made an appt for a transmission check (under warranty) and an oil I bought my car from this dealer 2.5 years ago. I loved my sales team!!! I recently made an appt for a transmission check (under warranty) and an oil change. Not only were they extremely backed up, they did not tell me they couldn’t look at the transmission due to it not being a nissan certified repair facility. I made the appt online and they could’ve told me that ahead of time so I didn’t make a special trip out there. I was waiting for 2 hours before I went to ask for some updates (no one ever said anything to me before this) and it was still being worked on and they asked me to wait 20 more minutes. After another hour went by I started to become agitated. I spoke to 3 different service advisors before someone could get me an answer and help me. It’s absolutely ridiculous to wait that long with an appointment for a tire plug and oil change. I will not return nor will I recommend. More
