Expensive visit for an oil change and tire rotation First off service advisor I had was rude. No shuttle service available. Overpriced for oil change $68 for a car oil change. I was told by cashier reason price was so high is because they use synthetic oil. That’s crap because I can get my cars oil change cheaper at another dealership. Also, they don’t send out any coupons. I was informed they are all online but probably none for oil change. Will not be back to this dealership ever again. More

Disappointed Pretty disappointed. I dropped my suburban off on a Sunday evening for a 7:45 AM Monday appt. received a call at 9am the next day and the advisor told Pretty disappointed. After the initial run of the test, they had to run it again. I hadn't any idea how long I was going to be there. Then, out of the blue they come to tell me I was done. They didn't tell me if my battery had been replaced or not. I had to ask. I am grateful for the service they do but it is always a long wait when I take my vehicle to them. I would always recommend taking my Chevy to them but would also recommend leaving it with them for the day. More
