We took my daughters car in for a tune up and was charged 1400 before they car was even checked by a mechanic. Fast forward right after picking it up a check engine light came on that originally wasn’t on, I 1400 before they car was even checked by a mechanic. Fast forward right after picking it up a check engine light came on that originally wasn’t on, I called and spoke with a manager he told us to bring it back and we would have no charge for a rental. Car was dropped off, rental car received. Two days later they call and her car is ready to be picked up. My daughter drops off rental, shortly after they call saying she owes 160 for a scuff on the rim of the rental. The issue with this is -1 - she lives in a home with a carport and nothing to scuff a wheel, and she worked all weekend at a hospital and parked in the garage, again no curbs. She paid the additional money to just be finished with these people. Never again will I use Jim Butler. Side note - the office girls were always friendly More

The worst experience I have ever had! The car buying process wasn’t bad. About a month after I bought a NEW car the backup camera starts having issues. No problem I thought I would bring The car buying process wasn’t bad. About a month after I bought a NEW car the backup camera starts having issues. No problem I thought I would bring it in to be serviced. It takes over two weeks to get “fixed” and when I go pick it up there are dents in my hood. They tried to gaslight me into saying it was hail damage on one spot on my hood and they couldn’t do anything. They then went to check the cameras and they then said they would fix it. I bring it in two days later to get the dents repaired and the backup camera is still broken! I mention it when I drop it back off. The next day they called me and said the backup camera was on back order and I can pick my car up. I was in Illinois at the time staying with family. They said I had to come get it because of the rental I was in. Fine I drive an hour there and they lost my keys! The guy left me at the counter for 25 minutes frantically looking for my keys and then finally comes up and says the shuttle driver took them home and he’s gone. Absolutely ridiculous, I then get put back into a rental and have it for almost a month. I went to Branson for vacation and drove the rental down there. First day there the dealership calls me and says the camera is still not in but I have had the rental to long and I need to get my car. I say that I’m almost 4 hours away and that isn’t possible. They keep saying they need their rental back so they drive my car 4 hours to Branson. I was interrupted on my vacation because of their poor service and planning. The guy who drove my car their told me that he stopped at Lamberts in my car which is whatever but still unprofessional to tell me. I look at my hood and exactly where the dent was their is a chip of paint missing from my hood. I’m on vacation though so I take pictures of it and go about my trip. I’m still completely frustrated at this point but what can I do. Finally I get a call that the backup camera came in almost 3 months later. I bring it in and mention the paint chip. They tell me they will fix it no problem. Shocker they didn’t. The put something on it to prevent it from getting bigger and rusting. They also say it’s a rock chip not where the dent was. But why am I getting punished by having a brand new car with chips in the hood when I am not the one who did it! I also left the plastic screen cover on my radio because I was going to order a screen protector for it. They decided to take that off as well. I really am to the point where I want to sell this car back to the dealership and take my business else where. I cannot believe the unprofessionalism and rudeness used in this establishment. More
