I'm sorry to hear that the Xzilon treatment didn't go as smoothly as it should have. We can assure you that we did a very good job performing this treatment. Due to your specific circumstances of living so far away, we likely pushed to have staff take care of your vehicle instead of working on other vehicles to take care of you as quickly as possible. While we rarely do this, it is in an effort to take the best possible care of our customers. We hope that clears up any previous confusion!
