I purchased my Silverado from them 9 months ago, used. I was ensured the vehicle was up to snuff and paid KBB for it. There was a break issue and I took it in for service which was covered by chevy bec I was ensured the vehicle was up to snuff and paid KBB for it. The transmission was clunky when cold, I bought in the summer and did not have any check engine light come on while I owned it. After taking it in, there was a code for the transmission and a check engine light should have come on. They would have known about the issue when they sold me the car and after other issues the total cost of repairs is $5,000. I asked the sales manager if I could split the cost of just the transmission with them since the issue was present when I bought it and they denied me asking why I waited 9 months. After buying 3 cars from them and my family buying countless more, I thought things would have gone smoother and I would not be sold a lemon. More
