The dealership is great. I am disappointed with the vehicle. This car does not have intermittent wipers and the Auto mode for the wipers does not work at all. Purchased vehicle and it had a problem from the start. They addressed the problem buy it took a long time. Vehicle was in their shop for 3 weeks because I believe it was a low priority item. Communication could have been better as well, I had to call a couple times of my own to get updates on the status of it, they did not call me to let me know what was going on. Fortunately I had a free rental car that helped but it seemed to take much longer than I thought it should. More

I usually ignore these requests but I wanted to hop in here and just say I thought Christina Rice in the service dept did a remarkably great job. Her communication was great and she went above and beyond here and just say I thought Christina Rice in the service dept did a remarkably great job. What is normally kind of a pain in the backside experience was made easier because she really cared to make sure I had all info in a timely manner and that she made sure my problems were solved.
