I had a great experience buying a car at Jim Butler KIA. Everyone absolutely fulfilled our request to be quick and avoid a lot of the back and forth that's a very frustrating part of buying a new car. They followed through on the promises made and things like vehicle delivery were seamless and convenient. I love my new KIA, and I'll definitely be back to Jim Butler and Jean next time I'm in the market for a car. More
My oil change took over 3 hours with an appointment this last week. I don’t plan on coming back to Jim butler because every time I come there is an issue with service and timeliness.
