I knew exactly what I wanted going in, and I contacted them ahead of time. When we arrived the car was clean, dry, gassed up, warm and ready for a test drive. Mr Silverio kept us entertained during the paperwork portion, Scott explained all of the financial things to us, and we were out to door faster than ANY car purchase I have ever made in my life. I will be back again for my next vehicle, but it will be at least 10 years from now due to Kia’s fantastic warranties. More
The part/assembly that they replaced did NOT work when the said they said it was ready to pickup . Poor customer service that they did not check to ensure it worked properly (I.e. it was a defective par the said they said it was ready to pickup . O had to take a half day vacation to bring it back to be told that I’ll have to bring it back again after they get a new part (hopefully it works… but I’ll have to drop it off again and be without a car )…I will never buy a Kia again due to the recurring parts replacement issues on our Optima’s , the nationally-known issues with Kia’s being easily stolen and Kia doing nothing about it, and the fact that our service experience with our Toyotas at Jay Wolfe is light-years better than our Kia experience More
