Due to a unfortunate poor experience from another dealer, I thought I would try Jim Butler as we use them here in Linn, MO. BEST DECISION EVER! I tell you what Cheryl(sales), Annie(internet sales), and Justin(finance) were very very very, and I mean very professional and friendliest hard working people. From the minute I reached out online to the minute we left with our new Kia, felt like family. Thank you guys for the hands down best car buying experience. Which says alot as this is our 8th car purchase from our 6th different dealer from 3rd different state. Definately recommend this dealer, on top of that even the whole Jim Butler family of dealers. Pricing at Kia has always been good, with advertised discounts up front. Very minimal "let me check with my manager" stuff like most of us get at other dealerships. Justin in Finance has helped us with the purchase of two Sorrento's. He is also knowledgeable, not aggressive with signing you up for things you don't need and he is extremely efficient! Additionally, Keith Sutton in the Service Department is one of the reasons we decided to go with another Sorrento. He is knowledgeable, accommodating, professional and friendly.
