They were to the point and did everything they could to accommodate us. We gave them the payment we were looking for and they made it happen. They did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone. By far the easiest car buying experience we have ever had. If we were to ever look at another Kia they would be our first stop. If we were looking for a different brand of car and Jim Butler sold them that is where we would start. Very professional and well ran dealership. More

I did have a minor issue with a wobble in my tires that Alex worked on to get corrected and ended up getting me a new set of tires. They do a great job of treating you like you really matter to them and appreciate your business, especially Alex who just gets things done for you. I have to believe they are one of Kia's top rated service dealers. More

Restored confidence in excellent customer service Annie Lam responded promptly to our internet inquiry about purchasing a new Kia, with a price lower than the other dealer who responded. When we arrived at the dealership, she turned us over to a sales person, who was friendly, but lacking in knowledge, credibility and compentency. We were offered a fair price and good trade on our 19 year old car, and closed the deal with the car being ordered. We did not hear again from the salesperson, and when we called a few weeks later to inquire about the car, we found out he no longer worked there. We then worked with Jim Douglas and Chris DIxon, who both assured us that our earlier experience did not represent their customer service. We were very pleased with the time they spent with us, when picking up our new Kia, to restore our confidence in their customer service! More
