First car experience My brand new car had a problem with the driver side window as I was driving the car off the lot, you would think they would find this problem before s My brand new car had a problem with the driver side window as I was driving the car off the lot, you would think they would find this problem before selling the car to me. (Probably paid 300$ or so for them to "check" the car) Joe from finance was very helpful and I have no complaints about him. As a first time buyer they were very condescending towards my thoughts about protecting my vehicle with lo-jack and other vehicle protection packages. There were also hidden costs they didn't tell me about even though they contacted me over the phone telling me the price. They add pin stripes to all new vehicles, so if you don't want them you'd have to wait for them to take the pin stripes off. Also it makes you feel as if you have to pay for the pin stripes even if you weren't looking for them. More

My service point person is Cliff Webb and I have always found him to be knowledgeable, kind and efficient and eternally kind.. it is nice to say I trust his recommendations. On the first of my three visits to Coleman when I was considering a new vehicle I was assisted by Tim Harmon. No,pressure just an excellent overview of the vehicle and questions about what I was looking for. I returned to Tim 2 more times and finally decided on and purchased a vehicle. Tim was patient , knowledgeable and even had a sense of humor as did Richmond Lee. This was a positive experience and I will definitely recommend both Coleman and Tim Harmon to friends. More

Sam and Richard greeted us just outside the door Having purchased a 2004 Accord with Jim Coleman, we were looking forward to dealing with them again. Sam and Richard greeted us just outside the door of the dealership on our first visit for this purchase. Both were very helpful and also sensitive to the fact that we were travelling the next day, so it was a fact-finding mission. Richard gave us the test drive people dream of: revealing great details in the vehicles features and answering all of our questions. There was now no doubt we were a 2017 Accord. Sam was great to work with on that visit, and when we returned from vacation to make the purchase. A seamless and non-tedious process from Sales into the options, and then on to Finance; each person was very friendly and efficient. And when my husband is ready for his new car, there is NO doubt that we will be call Sam and the Jim Coleman team!! More
